-  The rent is very affordable.  You would pay the landlord directly as the lease would be placed in your name.

You would be required to do the following to seize this opportunity:

1)  Change the utilities from our name to your name - after all, it's your shop

2)  Change the lease from our name to your name

3)  Sign a non - compete agreement with us

4)  Process all your DIRECTV sales through our company.  We pay you commission for all your sales

5)  We provide an installer to install your customers or you can train with us to learn to install yourself and make extra money installing as well.

It would be your business - You would simply walk in, turn the lights on, throw some furniture in the front and start working.  We would even forward the calls from our Murphy number directly to you. You would need to acquire phone service in your name as well.
