SALES PROFESSIONAL / OUTSIDE / INSIDE SALES
First let's talk about what this job is:
1) It is a 1099 Contractor Position. This means you will not be an employee of our company but will be a contractor providing services to our company.
2) It is a Self Motivating job. You will have the flexibility to set your own hours and days of work.
3) It is a commission only position. You will sell Directv and get paid a commission each time you sell a system. The systems are FREE when the customer has approved credit so it is not a hard sale.
4) This job is full or part time - what ever you make it
5) This job is rewarding if you put the effort forth to make a career of it.
What this job IS NOT:
1) This job is not easy or everyone would be doing it.
2) This job is not a get rich quick scheme
3) This job is not a baby sitting service - so if you can not motivate your self each day to go to work then this may not be the job for you.
Job Description:
* Your job would be to acquire new Directv customers, residential and/or commercial. in an ethical. legal manner. We would provide training on how to get new customers and we would provide some leads but very few. You would be required to get over 60% of your sales on your own. You can do this from lead boxes, family, friends, networking, door knocking etc...
We have a call center that you are welcomed to use. The call center provides you a telephone with unlimited local and long distance calling, a computer and the opportunity to possibly take incoming calls.
If you want a career that does not require a college degree and you can realistically make over $1000/week and you are self motivated and don't mind some grass roots marketing then this is the job for you.

MURPHY NC SALES PROFESSIONAL
We are also looking for sales professional for our Murphy NC office located in Lakeside Plaza
The ideal candidate will be drug free, ambitious, energetic, self motivated and will be quality driven.
The hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
The expectations of the job will be to sell Directv, Hughesnet and Wildblue satellite internet to prospective customers. This is a commission only position. This means if you make no sales, you have no check.
10 Directv sales per week are expected to be considered successful at this job.
To achieve this the person hired will need to leave their business cards everywhere they go - If you just sit in the office waiting for the phone to ring you will not meet your sales goal.
This is a high energy, high expectation, job. If you do not handle rejection or pressure well this may not be the job for you.
This is NOT a job in which you can sit in a chair for 8 hours and meet our sales expectations.
You will be expected to call leads, solicit leads after hours and make it happen without excuse.
Successful sales professionals can easily make anywhere from $500 / week to $1000 / week depending on how much effort is put forth.

SATELLITE TECHNICIAN TRAINING CLASS
So you want to learn to install DIRECTV? Maybe you already know how. If you don't we will gladly allow you to attend our 14 day training class. We will NOT employ you until you are fully trained. Sort of like if you want to be a doctor you don't get paid to go to school to be a doctor. You pay to learn the skill, then find a job in your field. We charge $500 for a 14 day satellite installer class. At the end of the class you can choose to work for us or work elsewhere. We may or may not have positions available to employ you but you will be trained and therefore can go elsewhere to apply.
If you choose to work for us and we have job openings upon course completion we will reimburse you the $500 after 180 days of employment as a satellite installer. If you can not afford the $500 to learn the trade you may want to find a different trade. We are not in the business of paying you while you train. That is why we developed the Satellite Activations Installer Training class. You will not be an employee during the training period - you will be a student.
1) The class begins on a Monday and ends 14 days later
2) You must pay the $500 fee before beginning training.
3) There is no pay during training as you are a student - NOT an employee
4) Upon successfully completing the class you may choose to work for us or not. There is no guarantee we will have work available. If we do we will extend to you an employment opportunity.
5) If you work for us we will reimburse you the $500 after the 180th day of employment
6) We provide the VAN , tools, and work once trained. We also have contractor positions available.
7) We drug test prior to the course beginning. If you are using illegal drugs please do not waste our time.
Successful candidates understand this is a physical position that requires you to work out doors and can have long hours and weekends are a must.
