      <title>January 10, 2011 Snow Storm</title>
      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, we are in January now and we are having if remember correctly our third snow event this winter season.&amp;nbsp; Highly unusual.&amp;nbsp; We are committed to customer service but we do place safety in front of customer service.&amp;nbsp; In the event our trucks can "roll" because of ice or snow, we will still answer our phones.&amp;nbsp; You can still call with questions, new orders, service calls or any other reason.&amp;nbsp; Our phones are answered regardless of weather.&amp;nbsp; You can always check the front page of our website during inclement weather to see if we will be open at our physical stores.&amp;nbsp; We will keep that page updated during inclement weather.&amp;nbsp; You can also call our offices anytime to see if our store are open.&amp;nbsp; We don't like to place our techs in danger so we will not dispatch them to jobs if the roads are deemed unsafe.&amp;nbsp; We have some of the best techs in the industry and we want to keep them healthy :)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Festivals, Customers, and the New Year</title>
      <description>Well, as many of you know I work the festivals, going from event to event and getting our name out there. This year has been a blast, and I look forward to the upcoming season with anticipation and high expectations. I joined the fledgling Festival team last April and it's been a real education to say the least. For many people, "sales" can be a hard way to make a dollar, but I have an advantage: DirecTV really is a good service, and Andrew's company really is a great service provider. In the nine months of festivals, I have actually had two of "my" customers call me back at my number, each having some billing or service question. I was able to direct those questions to competent people who took care of "my" customers that same day. You see, when I tell prospective customers that the folks at Satellite Activations are accountable, starting with me, this isn't just a nice sounding line. It is the truth, and that makes selling a two year contract much easier. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the Christmas Party I learned that I had a bit over 80 sales for the year. I am unsure what my final tally will be, but it is comforting to know that, if any of those 80 customers call my number with an issue, question, or even a complaint, I have the resources to live up to my responsibilities-my accountability- to that customer, and deal with the issue. My goal over the next year is to at least double my personal sales numbers. In another line of work this could be a frighting prospect, for that would be 200 more customers with my number, 200 more people who, should they feel the need, could call me for resolution. These new customers wil not be just numbers added to my taly, but people I am accountable to.       <title>Gearing up for the new Year</title>

      <title>Company Christmas Party 2010</title>
      <description>We had our 2010 Christmas party last night. (12/17/2010)&amp;nbsp; We had the party room at the Corner Cafe in Macedonia/Freehome Community.&amp;nbsp; Great restaurant by the way.&amp;nbsp; Meagan, Zoey, Gina and Emily treated us great!&amp;nbsp; It was&amp;nbsp;a blast.&amp;nbsp; I want to thank everyone for attending.
