For a limited time you can now get 4 rooms of service - ALL IN HD - Installed FREE and pay nothing for the equipment.  This has never before been offered.  What a cool deal.  Even if you don't have 4 HD TV's that's ok.  We will activated 4 HD receivers for free then if you ever get HD TV's you will already be wired for it. 

Of course this offer is based on approved credit and you must have a valid debit or credit card.  Must be 18 years of age or older and must be a NEW customer.  New customers are those defined as not having Directv for the past 2 years.

Did you know when you call Directv at their corporate 800# it is a roll of the dice (a gamble if you will) of who you will get to help you. They have over 3000 call center reps. We have 7.  Our reps are trained to help you with your specific needs and they truly care about your Directv needs.  You will always get better service when you choose local.  Call us anytime for billing issues, questions or any Directv need.  We are here to help.

Ok, we are in January now and we are having if remember correctly our third snow event this winter season.  Highly unusual.  We are committed to customer service but we do place safety in front of customer service.  In the event our trucks can "roll" because of ice or snow, we will still answer our phones.  You can still call with questions, new orders, service calls or any other reason.  Our phones are answered regardless of weather.  You can always check the front page of our website during inclement weather to see if we will be open at our physical stores.  We will keep that page updated during inclement weather.  You can also call our offices anytime to see if our store are open.  We don't like to place our techs in danger so we will not dispatch them to jobs if the roads are deemed unsafe.  We have some of the best techs in the industry and we want to keep them healthy :)

New customers can get an extra $5/off per month off their bill for the first 12 months of service.  To qualify you must be a new customer, meet a certain credit score and you must have a valid debit or credit card to place on account.  Call us for details.

I want to personally wish every employee and every customer and every potential customer a very Happy New Year 2011.  I look forward to making "the best better" and I look forward to bringing on many new customers.  Our small, humble organization brought on over 1200 new customers in 2010.  Our company is ranked in the top 2 in the state of Georgia for excellence in customer service and truth in disclosures.  We tell every customer about the 2 year commitment.  We tell every customer about the offers that require credit approval.  We disclose everything.  We want our customers to know everything about the product.  An informed customer is our best customer.
